About CalFresh
CalFresh also known federally as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program or SNAP is a FREE nutrition assistance program that helps boost food budgets for low-income individuals and families. Food benefits for one person ranges between $15 to $204. Benefits are based on your household size, income, and monthly expenses.

Proof of income for the last 30 days such as paystubs, bank statements, retirement
statements or award letters

Medical bills and receipts of expenses for persons who are 60+ yrs. old and/or
have permanent disabilities
