We need help in:

Administration / Office Report - assisting with office tasks, answering phone, scanning , making copies, etc.

Advocacy - attending rallies & community events, organizing BEC clients, and working with elected officials & other community-based organizations on advocating for BEC campaigns such as Congressional Gold Medal for Filipino WWII Veterans, affordable housing, etc.

IFA / Food Distribution - passing out groceries for low income seniors and adult w/ disability .

Social Media - help with updating BEC's social media accounts, writing and editing entries for monthly newsletter.

Organizing and Attending Social Activities Events for Seniors and adults w/disabilities - setting up and facilitating Bingo Birthday Bash, Arts & Crafts, Karaoke Hours and other activities.

Fundraising - working with BEC staff to raise funds for organization's programs. This includes hosting open mics, letter writing campaigns, etc.

Volunteer Coordination - assisting BEC staff in managing and recruiting volunteers.

Others - if you have specific activities or projects you would like to engage in as a volunteer.
