More than 260,000 Filipino soldiers fought in World War II.

However, on February 18, 1946, Filipino World War II veterans were stripped from their veteran benefits through the Rescission Act of 1946. It has been almost 70 years, and the fight for recognition still continues.

Please watch and share this video to help spread the word and awareness for U.S. Congress to pass H.R. 2737-Filipino Veterans of World War II Congressional Gold Medal Act of 2015.

To learn more about H.R. 2737 and our Filipino veterans, please visit The Filipino Veterans Recognition and Education Project at http://www.filvetrep.org/.
